Terms and Conditions:

  • It is advisable that you book in advance. Deposit payable with in 7days after bookings is confirmed.
  • All other costs occurred during the safari, together with trophy fees are payable upon completion of the safari.
  • If any cancellation should occur 60 days before commencement of safari, deposit less cost will gladly be refunded upon cancellation in writing is received.
  • No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Before commencement of safari a safari contract will be sign with a list of special needs
  • Although @Marulahunt will do it’s at most to take care of you and your possessions we can’t be kept liable for any lost or damages occur during the safari, but it should be noted that any safari is potentially hazardous.
  • Take note that you are not covered by any insurance held by @Marulahunt. We advise that you make provision for any eventuality with your personal insurance broker.
  • It is essential that all lawful and safety directions of the Professional Hunter or safari operator must be obeyed at all times.
